THE LOCATION
Our Villa is nestled among the rolling hills of Tuscany just outside Pienza, a small town south of Siena and halfway between Florence and Rome.
The area is known as Val D’Orcia and is famous for breathtakingly picturesque landscapes, ancient towns and world renowned wines from neighbors such as Chianti, Brunello di Montalcino and Vino Nobile di Montepulciano.

Meet Barbara Hartman, a seasoned Swiss-American tour director with over 25 years of guiding experience spanning three continents: the US, Europe and Africa.
Barbara's love for adventure is matched only by her passion for life and living itself. As a qualified sommelier, she has an exquisite taste for wine and knowledge of the culinary gems of Italy. Fluent in both English and Italian, Barbara's two-year studies in Florence has transformed her into a cultural connoisseur with a deep and intimate knowledge of Tuscany's secrets.
Whether she is navigating the diverse landscapes of the US, savoring delicacies in Europe, or chasing sunsets in Africa, Barbara's vast experiences and vibrant personality promise a journey beyond the ordinary.
