We offer two payment options.

Option 1: Deposit via Wire transfer, personal check or Zelle into our US based bank account.

Option 2: PayPal. Please note that this payment method attracts a 4% service fee.

You have the right to cancel your reservation at any time prior to the start of the tour. However, regardless of reason, cancellations result in costly expenses. Therefore, a cancellation results in a penalty fee that increases the closer the cancellation is to the tour start date.

The cancellation fee schedule is as follows:

120 days or more: Full refund minus US $ 300 administration fee

119 – 90 days: 70% refund

89 - 60 days: 50% refund

59 - 0 days: No refund

All cancellations must be received in writing via email and are effective upon receipt in our office. There will be no refund for any unused portions of a tour once the tour has commenced.

Prices are per person based on single or double occupancy and include: all accommodations and land transportation as detailed in each itinerary from the starting point of the tour to the drop off location at the end of the tour; basic internet where available (service levels are not guaranteed); sightseeing and admissions as outlined in the itinerary; services of local guides, speakers and host. Meals and beverages are included as specified in each itinerary. All appropriate gratuities throughout the trip. 

Travel Visions LLC prices do not include travel insurance or your airfare and related taxes to the tour start location and from the ending point of your trip.

Upon request and as a service, Travel Visions LLC can make hotel reservations before your tour on a space available basis. These hotel charges will be added to your trip cost. Personal expenses such as phone calls, bar beverages, laundry, airline excess luggage charges and other optional incidental extras are not included. This list is illustrative and not a complete list of every item not included.

The restaurants and hotels will do their best to accommodate your special dietary requests. However, some of our partners are better able than others to do so. We therefore cannot guarantee that all dietary requirements can be met at every meal. Also, please note that where dietary requests can be provided, choices might be limited.

Throughout Italy’s century old towns and cities you will encounter uneven cobble stone roads, inclines and many buildings without elevators. In order to fully enjoy our itineraries you must be able to walk a reasonable distance and be able to walk up a staircase.
Therefore, we regret that our itineraries cannot accommodate wheelchairs, motorized scooters or oxygen tanks.

Our itineraries are crafted to maximize your stay in Italy. By starting in Florence and ending in Rome you have easy access and a great opportunity to explore two world famous cities before or after your Travel Visions LLC tour.

Should you arrive in Rome and wish to meet us directly at the Villa please contact Travel Visions LLC and we will assist with booking a transfer from the Rome Airport to our accommodation.
